 *VERY IMPORTANT

Service charges must be added to payments made by credit card or wire transfer for private accounts and/or ITA tuition fees. To avoid such additional costs, we suggest you send your payments via U.S. money orders of U.S. bank drafts.

Tuition Policies & Procedures

Please note the following Academy tuition policies:

• No refund is provided during the school year for students taking time off to participate in tournaments.
• No refund is provided to students getting injured during the school year.
• The Enrollment Deposit is non-refundable. 

A credit card authorization form must be signed by all parents which will be used for tuition fees not received as per the schedule of payments and/or to replenish the student's personal account monthly. Tuition payments must be received within 10 days following the due date. Thereafter, students will not be permitted to participate in the tennis program until the matter is resolved.

Full time program runs from September to June (two semesters per school year) for a total of 41 weeks.

ITA will cover the general electricity apartment costs up to $175 monthly. Any additional costs incurred at the apartment above the budgeted amount is billed directly to the student's personal account.

Applicants and their parents should understand that ITA reserves the right, at any time, to expel an athlete / student that contravenes with the overall quality and integrity of the program.

Please note carefully that all fee payments to ITA or to American Heritage Boca/Delray are non-refundable under any circumstances.
